Contracts.
No contract exists between you (the customer) and us for specific goods, unless we have received an order, accepted it and sent a confirmation by fax, letter or email. It is Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they order the correct goods for the purpose intended. It is Buyer’s responsibility to check the Confirmation, as this will form the basis for the delivery and the Contract. Buyer must inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of the Confirmation of any error or variation.

Orders
The placing of an order shall be deemed to be the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
An acknowledgement of an order is not a confirmation of the order. An order is only accepted on the issuing of a Confirmation of the order. This is then the Contract.

Pricing Information; Availability Disclaimer:
All pricing is subject to change. Prices posted on our web site are may be out of date and Not Valid. Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements.

All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd cannot guarantee that it will be able to full-fill Customer’s orders.

Prices herein are recommended prices for the quantity mentioned and changes in quantity may affect price. The company reserve the right to vary prices without notice and to charge you the price ruling at the date of despatch.

Prices includes all taxes and duties but not delivery costs that you the customer must pay. A total order price including VAT and delivery is given when using the on-line checkout.

Delivery
Every endeavour will be made to maintain delivery dates but no responsibility for later delivery due to circumstances beyond our control will be accepted. In no case shall delay be a ground for rejecting goods terminating the contract.

While Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd shall make every reasonable effort to meet delivery dates, we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you the customer arising directly or indirectly from late delivery.

Where there is no-one available to accept a delivery, we will attempt to contact you to make a prompt arrangement. Where this is not possible, you the customer shall become liable for additional costs arising from a corrective or delayed delivery.

Unless otherwise specified in the order, delivery shall be to the last address notified to Pack Publishing by the order or by any preceding communication.

Claims
You the customer must thoroughly inspect products sent at Prim-Ed’s risk. If you receive damaged products; please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. You should notify Prim-Ed immediately of loss, damage or shortage of products. Unless claims for shortages or damage are notified to the company within three days of receipt no liability will be accepted by Prim-Ed.

Disclaimers and warranties
Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd take every reasonable measure to maintain a high quality to the content within this web site. However, we do not make any representation or give any warranty or undertaking as to the quality of the quality or fitness for purpose, or that the goods are not defamatory, injurious, obscene or unlawful, or that any trademarks or copyright used on or in connection with the goods do not infringe any intellectual property rights not owned by us.

We do not make any representation or give any warranty or undertaking that the functions of the web site meet your requirements or that the media is compatible with any computer system on which it is used or that the operation of the software will be unlimited or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the installation of any third party software that you use to view the web site. You assume responsibility for selecting the product to achieve your intended results and for the use of, and results obtained from, that product.

As far as is permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms are hereby excluded. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services provided directly by Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd, Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the euro amount paid by the customer for the product(s) or service (s) giving rise to the claim.

You warrant that you will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Irish law or any other law applicable to the use of the internet including but not limited to:

Title
Goods will remain the property of Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd and retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.

Cancellation & Right to Return
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a product and this is valid for seven working days after the date of purchase.

If for any reason you wish to return your products to us, please contact Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd directly on 1890 929959 within 7 calendar days (remorse period) of receiving your order. The transportation charges are at your own expense

Please return all products 100% complete and in mint re saleable condition. Refunds are contingent on this. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Prim-Ed Publishing Ltd for
all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
