For your convenience and security, this site employs a 'Shopping Cart' for purchasing. This means that you can add items to a virtual shopping cart as you browse through the site. When you have finished browsing, you can look at the contents of your shopping cart (located at the top and bottom of each page), amend them in any way, and send your order to us electronically without having to leave the website.
All prices on this website are in GBP and are VAT exclusive (VAT rate is 21% where applicable, and will be added during the checkout stage).
All information is sent via a secure server. It is coded and remains CONFIDENTIAL. If you have any concerns or queries regarding the shopping cart, you can e-mail us directly at sales@prim-ed.com.

All shipping is made via courier at the flat shipping rates displayed below.

Delivery time
Delivery times are as follows: 2-3 working days for Ireland, 3-5 working days for UK, 5-10 working days for Europe, Elsewhere 5-10 days.
Prim-Ed Digital Products - Instructions
When you order a Prim-Ed Digital product, you will automatically be emailed the links to your purchased files. The files come in ZIP format, with a PC and Mac version of the product included.
If you are receiving an "Access Denied" page when you click on the links provided in the email, here are the steps to download the file from our website:
- Go to the main Prim-Ed website: http://www.prim-ed.com/ie/
- Click on the "My Account" link, it's the last one on the top navigation bar next to "Contact Us"
- Type in your email address as the username, and type in the password that was emailed to you
- This will take you to your user page, where there is a link called "Click here to view your file downloads." You can click this, or alternatively click the link "Files"
- This gives you a list of all of the files you purchased, where you can click on each file name (or right-click and choose "Save File As...") to download that particular product.
Please save your files to somewhere you can easily locate it, such as your desktop. Once the file has been downloaded to your computer, you can double click the file and locate the Mac or PC version of the software.
If you are running Windows, you may receive the following message when you double-click on the PC program icon:
You will need to click Extract all, and choose a place on your computer to extract all of the files to. Please choose a folder that you find easily, such as your desktop. Once all of the files have been extracted, you can navigate to the new folder and run the PC software by double clicking on its icon.
For Mac users, you will need to double-click the downloaded file to unzip the content. Go into the newly created folder and double-click on the Mac program icon to start the software.
